Start your year from a stronger place
Give yourself a clear, meaningful place to begin 2026.
Your trailhead is waiting. Let’s find it together.
-
Most resolutions rely on motivation and willpower, two things that naturally fade by February. Find Your Trailhead is built around the science of behavior change and the realities of being human in today’s distracting and often overwhelming world. Instead of giving you rules or strict habits, we help you understand the invisible patterns, beliefs, and identity-level blocks that make change hard. You won’t just set goals, you’ll learn why goals often don't stick and how to make long lasting changes in your life that endure the test of time.
-
The session is not a lecture; it’s an interactive, reflective workshop. Together we will:
Identify one important improvement goal - something you want to make meaningful progress on in the coming year
Go through a process to uncover what might hold you back from reaching it
Explore your personal “why” and align it with your core values
Begin to map out the internal standards that will help you make progress on your goal
Build a personalized plan for how to follow through when motivation dips
Leave with a clear, actionable starting point for 2026
You’ll leave our two hours together knowing exactly how to begin, and how to keep going.

Right now we are focused on delivering this experience for our live sessions in January. If you are interested in being the first to learn about future sessions, sign up for our email list.
-
We are capping participation at 30 people per session to keep the experience intimate and interactive.
-
You will receive optional reflection prompts ahead of the session to help you get a jump start on identifying your improvement goal for 2026. Otherwise, we ask that you arrive with intention, honesty and willingness to learn!
-
We are unable to offer refunds however all registrants will receive access to a recorded session – so you will be able to participate on your own time.
-
The workshop is a powerful standalone foundation and equips you with skills to be self-sufficient. However, many people do benefit from additional support. During the experience, you will receive longer-term accountability from a partner assigned to you during the session. We encourage you to share contact information and stay in touch. Additionally, Jared and Hillary are available for 1:1 coaching if you are interested in more in depth work.
-
We love this question. Because motivation does dip… that’s normal. Instead of relying on motivation, this workshop teaches you to: build identity-based change, anchor your goal to your values, set standards that hold up even on hard days, understand the psychological patterns that derail you, and create a plan to works with your human nature, not against it.
What you’ll learn is how to make change that’s sustainable instead of seasonal.
-
Our approach works for any types of goals: personal, professional, leadership, health, sport, creative, relationships, just to name a few. Anything that requires consistency and intentional change.
-
Before the session, you will receive reflection prompts to help you hone in on your improvement goal. If you’re unsure of what you’d like to focus on, we highly recommend you take 5-10 minutes to review these prompts and determine something meaningful for you.
